These terms apply to the HabitDots app and this website, made by Furqatbek Mashrabjonov. By using HabitDots you agree to them.
The app
HabitDots is free to use with up to 4 habits. HabitDots Pro unlocks more features, as described in the app, for a yearly subscription or a one-time payment through Google Play.
Subscriptions and payments
- Purchases are processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service.
- The yearly plan renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll help.
Your data
Your habits are yours. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Fair use
Don't misuse the app or its sync service, for example by trying to access other people's data or overload the service.
No warranty
HabitDots is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or always available. Keep a backup of data you care about. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
